Public records
Every company enters from public PPP loan data — real payrolls, real addresses. Nothing depends on a broker deciding to list.

Matched & geocoded
Records are deduplicated, classified by NAICS industry, and placed on the map — the same map you see above.

Deterministic SDE
Payroll anchors × per-industry financial models produce traceable SDE estimates. The same inputs always give the same answer.
Estimates are screening tools, not valuations. The diligence is still yours — SoloSearcher makes sure it accumulates.
