What we collect

SoloSearcher has no accounts. When you buy a list we receive your email address and order details from Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Your email is used to deliver your download link and receipt.

Service providers

We share only what's needed to run the service: Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers your download-link email, and PostHog gives us privacy-conscious product analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage of the site so we can improve it (no session recording, and payment identifiers are masked before they reach it). We don't sell or share your personal information with anyone else, run third-party ad trackers, or send marketing email without your consent.

The business data we sell

The lists we sell contain business records compiled from public U.S. federal PPP loan disclosures, plus estimates we compute. They describe businesses — though a sole proprietor's business name and address may be personal. If you operate a listed business and want it excluded from future sales, email support@solosearcher.com.

Data retention & deletion

Order records are kept for accounting. To have your email removed from our records, write to support@solosearcher.com.
